about TED

Yesterday I said that TED was a really nice website, I was wrong it is much more better than that, especially this video about some stuff you can do with a wiimote controler. I know many of you in Telecom don't like that much technology, for the others, enjoy!

It is funny that J.B. posted about these two shows since I've watched them for the first time last week in holidays. Obama was invited at the Daily Show (not exactly, he was only interviewed in live but from Florida). So watching these two videos and seeing how serious it is, you can all imagine how different US elections are from ours! Here is the show when Obama spoke so you can make up your mind.

Would anyone imagine Nicolas Sarkozy answering in live to PPDA's puppet in "les guignols de l'info"?! In addition be sure that these shows were strongly pro-Obama (as Canal+ is more left-wing...) and so it was quite funny to watch the Daily Show inviting a poor pro-Mc Cain politic named Bill Kristol. You can take a look at it too.

Saturday Night Live - Gov. Palin Cold Open - Video - NBC.com

Saturday Night Live - Gov. Palin Cold Open - Video - NBC.com:

Here is perhaps a future vice-president... who knows what will happen on November 4th? See you all tomorrow!
Surprise... we're going to have two guests!

The comments the viewers reflect the uncertainty of the election...

"Sure Palin's appearances get lots of viewers..everyone loves to see an accident! I wish they would show her 24/7 because it would just increase the odds of their defeat!
If you want to talk about negative political associations..lets talk about Bush and his familie's association with the Bin Laden family and the fact that he used his power to get them out of the US immediately after 9/11. I'm not a republican or a Democrat, I'm just an American that wants what's best for this country

I LOVE SARAH. SHE IS DOWN TO EARTH AND HAS SOME FUN. I THINK WE ALL NEED A GOOD LAUGH WHEN ALL WE ARE SEEING IS COMMERICAL AFTER COMMERICAL ABOUT WHO SAID WHAT AND HE SAID AND THEY SAID. THE ELECTION WILL COME, BUT WE ALSO NEED TO EASE UP AND ENJOY JUST A LITTLE. NOT ENOUGH LOVE PEOPLE. BESIDES IF YOU THINK ANY OF US HAVE A REAL SAY IN WHO IS GONNA BE SITTIN IN THAT SEAT...GUESS AGAIN! STILL I THINK YOU ROCK SARAH. BESIDES I'D RATHER HAVE A WOMAN RUNNING THE SHOW INSTEAD OF A MAN!
